The young 'Mickey Mouse' who offers hugs for a few coins in the streets of La Paz

La Paz (Bolivia), Mar 24 (EFE), (Camera: Claudio Ábrego).- Armando, a 19-year-old with mental disability, offers hugs in the streets of La Paz wearing a Mickey Mouse costume. This is the way he tries to survive after years of living in different orphanages.
