Five hundred years later, the titos are still distributed by San Antón in Gamonal (Burgos)

Burgos, January 17 (EFE).- As more than five centuries ago, the Brotherhood of San Antón has distributed this morning in the Gamonal neighborhood (Burgos) 20,000 portions of titos, a legume similar to the chickpeas but flatter and rougher that is only grown to give taste to this popular festival, which has brought together thousands of Burgos people loaded with plates, casseroles and containers, this San Antón day.
