SPAIN TERRORISM

The wounds of the 11M attack in Madrid are still open for Latin American victims

Quito, Mar 11 (EFE) - Manuel Romero's body and face are full of scars caused by the March 11, 2004 attack in Madrid, but the marks that are not seen are the most painful, says this fifty-year-old Peruvian who has lived in Spain for twenty-two years.

Camera: Juan Francisco Chávez.

TRANSLATION:

I would ask the whole Spanish Government to remember all the invisible victims, to remember that all of us who suffered that attack or any other attack need to follow up on all the sequels, because the sequels do not manifest from one day to the next, but come with time.
