Canberra, Jun 26 (EFE/EPA).- Julian Assange arrived in Canberra, Australia, on Wednesday, after formalising his release from US justice. The WikiLeaks founder landed on a private plane after appearing in court in the Northern Mariana Islands, where he finalised his release from 12 years of confinement in the UK.Charter flight VJT199 landed at about 19:40 local time at Canberra International Airport after a seven-hour flight from Saipan. Assange was met by his wife, Stella Assange, and his two children, with a press conference scheduled for later in the evening.
