New wave of COVID-19 pandemic hits Bangladesh

Dhaka, Jun 28 (EFE/EPA).- Schools in Dhaka remained open Tuesday as the new wave of COVID-19 pandemic hit Bangladesh.

According to the Bangladesh health authority, the daily infection rate reached the highest level this month at 15.66 per cent. A total of 1,680 cases were confirmed with two deaths. (Camera: MONIRUL ALAM).
