War-affected people in Gaza receive treatment for their prosthesis

Rafah, Apr 30 (EFE/EPA) - Malak Al-Ghoul is a 14-year-old Palestinian girl who was displaced from her village of Al-Mughraqa, in the central Gaza Strip, fleeing shelling by the Israeli army.

Malak was seriously injured along with her mother and brother in early March after the house she was living in with her family was bombed during an Israeli airstrike in the Khan Younis refugee camp in the south of the enclave. She was transferred to a local hospital in Rafah refugee camp and then to the Emirati Rafah Field Hospital for a foot amputation.
