Logroño, May 7 (EFE).- A section of the wall surrounding the castle in the La Rioja town of San Vicente de la Sonsierra, located in a square in front of the gate of the Santa María la Mayor church, collapsed on Thursday, apparently due to heavy rainfall in recent days, without causing any injuries.The La Rioja regional government, in a statement, indicated that it has activated Level 1 of the Territorial Civil Protection Plan of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja (PLATERCAR) following the collapse, which was likely caused by the recent rains.CAMERA: RAQUEL MANZANARES.FOOTAGE: IMAGES OF THE SECTION OF THE WALL THAT COLLAPSED IN SAN VICENTE DE LA SONSIERRA (LA RIOJA).
