Von der Leyen: Europe wants to be Africa's ally at COP28 and the energy transition

Nairobi (Kenya), September 5 (EFE).- The president of the European Commission, Ursula Von der Leyen, stated today that Europe wants to be an "ally" to Africa at the next COP28 climate summit, scheduled for the end of the year in Dubai, and in the global energy transition.
