Former Vice President of Costa Rica Epsy Campbell calls for the creation of a global women's bank

Quito, Jun 19 (EFE) - The former vice president of Costa Rica Epsy Campbell said that "it is really unacceptable that the financial system systematically excludes women," so she called for the creation of a "global women's bank" to give them the opportunity to be economically independent and help their entrepreneurial businesses prosper.
