Caracas, May 14 (EFE) - The presidential candidate of Venezuela's main opposition coalition - the United Democratic Platform (PUD) - Edmundo González Urrutia, described Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva as "one of the fundamental leaders in the region", and praised his defense of free and fair elections on July 28.
