Venezuela, thrilled to become the "capital of South American soccer"

Caracas, Jan 17 (EFE) - Authorities of the Venezuelan government and sports institutions agreed on Wednesday to confess to being thrilled about the country's debut as host of the Pre-Olympic Games, which will be held between January 20 and February 11 and will turn the nation into the "capital of South American soccer".
