Uruguay presents construction project for its first high-rise wood building

Montevideo, Aug 30 (EFE).- Uruguay's National Housing Agency on Wednesday presented the pilot project for the first wooden high-rise building to be built in the country, a 24-home complex located in the city of Durazno and scheduled for completion in 2024.
