Uncertainty over the future of fossil fuels, key issue at COP28

Dubai, Dec 9 (EFE).- The International Energy Agency (IEA) and COP28 agreed today on the need to align plans for the global energy transition with the objective of limiting global warming to 1.5°C by the end of century.
