Ukraine claims that Russia shelled a psychiatric hospital

Kharkiv (Ukraine), Apr 27 (EFE/EPA) - Ukraine today denounced a Russian attack on a psychiatric hospital in the eastern region of Kharkiv, in which a woman was wounded, according to local authorities.

One of the missiles hit near the building where food is kept and another a few meters from the department where 60 patients and five employees were staying, the regional prosecutor's office wrote on its Telegram account.
