Twenty associations sign a declaration against animalism in Santander

Santander, Dec 12 (EFE).- A score of hunting, livestock or sports associations have signed a declaration this Tuesday against "animalist and anti-speciesist ideologies" and asked institutions to legislate "in favor of the preservation of the plurality of traditions."

The president of the Toro de Lidia Foundation, Victorino Martín, was in charge of reading the manifesto signed by the organizations during the signing of the declaration, which was held at the Palacio de La Magdalena, in Santander.
