The Nueva Trova and the neighborhoods star in the day of Cuban culture

Havana, Oct 7 (EFE), (Camera: Felipe Borrego).- The 50th anniversary of the Nueva Trova and the neighborhoods are the protagonists this year of the Cuban Culture Day scheduled, as usual, from October 10 until the 20. The program includes troubadour concerts in the communities, presentations by the National Choir, the Folkloric Ensemble and the National Ballet of Cuba, among others.

Statements by Lizette Martinez, an official of the Ministry of Culture: But the day will be dedicated especially to the 50th anniversary of the Nueva Trova and therefore I am starting with the music.
