Being trans and a soldier: the slow transition of the US armed forces

Washington, Feb 17 (EFE).- (Camera: EFE) During the seventeen years transgender soldier Melody Stachour served as a soldier, she saw how the US Armed Forces prevented LGBT people from coming out and did not even admit trans persons, discriminatory measures that have been overcome but which continue to weigh on the institution.
