Training ship Juan Sebastián Elcano docks on the coast of New York

New York, Jun 15 (EFE).- (Camera: Angel Colmenares) The Spanish Navy school ship Juan Sebastián Elcano docked today on the coast of New York, where it will remain anchored until June 20, on the first stop after returning from its sixteenth tour of South America.

The Navy schooner anchored at Pier 86 on the west coast of Manhattan around 8 in the morning local time (12:00 GMT), to the chords of the school ship's music band, while it lowered the sails for its stay in the big apple
