The World Tourism Museum arrives in Uruguay with a space for soccer

Montevideo, Jul 1 (EFE), (Camera: Raul Martinez).- A replica of the Jules Rimet trophy conquered by Uruguay in 1950 and an old soccer ball exhibited in a showcase are some of the objects that are part of the World Museum room of Tourism, inaugurated this Friday in the South American country.

Located in a hotel in Montevideo, it reflects the history of a "dynamic" industry that "was built in the last 50 or 60 years and today has become one of the main sectors of activity in the entire world."
