Tibetan New Year celebrated in Kathmandu with dances, prayers

Kathmandu, Feb 23 (EFE/EPA).- A small number of exiled Tibetans gathered Thursday to celebrate the Lhosar or the Tibetan New Year in Kathmandu.

The festival is celebrated on the first day of the lunisolar Tibetan calendar. (Camera: NARENDRA SHRESTHA).
