Thai truck drivers stage new protest after gov't refuses to cap diesel prices

Bangkok, Nov 16 (EFE/EPA).- Hundreds of truck operators across Thailand staged Tuesday a motorcade protest in Bangkok after the government rejected their demand to cap diesel prices at 25 bath per litre.

A protest was called by the Land Transportation Federation of Thailand (LTFT) and was joined by truck drivers who were affected by higher diesel prices. (Camera: NARONG SANGNAK).
