Guadalajara (Mexico), Feb 17 (EFE) - Mexican traders are seeking to protect Tejuino, a corn drink created by the Wixaritari indigenous communities to elevate the spirit in their religious ceremonies, which is experiencing a new surge in popularity because it is also an ingredient for alcoholic beverages such as the so-called 'Tejuichelas'.
