Tattoo artists from 16 countries exhibit their art over 3,600 meters of altitude in Bolivia

La Paz, Nov 10 (EFE) - More than two hundred tattoo artists from 16 countries in the Americas, Asia and Europe met at more than 3,600 meters of altitude in the Bolivian city of La Paz to break the stigmas surrounding this art that helps people to carry a special moment marked on their skin.
