US Supreme Court debates whether it is legal to fine homeless people for sleeping on the street

Austin (Texas, US), April 22 (EFE).- The Supreme Court of the United States heard oral arguments on Monday on the constitutionality of a law implemented in a small town in the state of Oregon that punishes people for sleeping with blankets outdoors and that, ultimately, seeks to deter Homelessness, a growing problem in the United States.
