Sunak defends immigration law against attacks from Labor opposition

London (United Kingdom), Mar 8 (EFE).- (Camera: Handout) British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak on Wednesday in Parliament defended his controversial immigration law from attacks by the Labor opposition, which considers that his promise to end the arrival of small boats is nothing more than "empty rhetoric".

Sunak framed the arrival of asylum seekers in boats across the English Channel within "a global migration problem", and assured that his intention is to make immigrants enter the UK in a "fair and legal" way.
