Students demand law to finance zero fees in Paraguayan public universities

Asunción, Apr 16 (EFE).- Hundreds of university students marched on Tuesday in Paraguay to demand the approval of a law that ensures funding for a program that exempts students from public schools or in vulnerable conditions from paying fees at universities and official institutions in the country.
