Students at American University of Beirut protest in solidarity with Gaza

Beirut (Lebanon), Apr 30 (EFE/EPA) - Students from the American University of Beirut organised a protest in solidarity with Gaza inside the American University of Beirut (AUB). The demonstrators demanded "stop the genocide" and demanded freedom for Palestine.

More than 34,300 Palestinians and more than 1,455 Israelis have been killed, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health and the Israeli Ministry of Health. Israel Defence Forces (IDF), since Hamas militants launched an attack on Israel from the Gaza Strip on 7 October 2023, and the Israeli operations in Gaza and the West Bank that followed.
