Strasbourg Court rules that climate inaction goes against human rights

Strasbourg (France), Apr 9 (EFE) - (Camera: Ángel Calvo) The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) ruled Tuesday that Switzerland has violated the rights of a group of elderly women by not doing enough to fight the climate crisis.

The historic decision marks a significant win for the climate change activists, with Spain’s ecological transition ministry describing it as “pioneering”.
