San Salvador, Apr 17 (EFE).- The State was positioned in 2023 as one of the main violators of human rights in El Salvador under a regime of exception, in force since March 2022 to combat gangs, mainly in situations related to forced displacement, violations of freedom and life, according to a report released Wednesday.
