Star taco and “first class” meat lead Mexican taqueria to join Michelin Guide

Mexico City, May 17 (EFE).- The taqueria El Califa de León, in the San Rafael neighborhood of Mexico City, received a Michelin star this week for the “first-class” meat of its typical taco, the 'Gaonera', according to its grill owner, Jacinto Rodríguez, in an interview with EFE on Friday.
