Spanish Minister of Ecological Transition calls plastics treaty one of the most important of the decade

Ottawa, Apr 22 (EFE) - Spain's Third Vice-President and Minister for Ecological Transition and Demographic Challenge, Teresa Ribera, described the UN plastics treaty to be negotiated on Tuesday in Ottawa as "one of the major multilateral environmental agreements of this decade" and expressed optimism that an ambitious agreement will be reached.
