Spanish artist Otero-Pailos presents artworks, highlighting architecture in cultural diplomacy

New York, Apr 1 (EFE).- Spanish-American artist Jorge Otero-Pailos presented on Monday three sculptures created using the steel gates from a modernist embassy located in New York.
