Spain's Aecid, UN Women launch project to improve political participation of women in Honduras

Tegucigalpa, Mar 8 (EFE).- The Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) and UN Women presented on Friday in Tegucigalpa a project with which they aim to improve the participation of women in the political sphere in the 2025 Honduras general election.

The project, called "Visible Women: Possible Changes!, closing the gender gap in citizen participation in Honduras", was presented at the Cultural Center of Spain in Tegucigalpa (CCET), within the framework of International Women's Day. (Camera: WILFREDO IZAGUIRRE).
