Spain reinforces its commitment to Colombia and the priority of cooperation

Cartagena (Colombia), Mar 5 (EFE) - Spanish Foreign Minister José Manuel Albares stressed on Tuesday the "priority" status of cooperation with Colombia, during the celebration of the twentieth anniversary of the Spanish Cooperation Training Center in Cartagena de Indias.
