Montreal, Dec 16 (EFE).- The Third Vice President and Minister of Ecological Transition of Spain, Teresa Ribera, said this Friday that she wants the UN Biodiversity Conference (COP15), being held in Montreal, to end with a "powerful and effective" agreement to protect nature.Ribera, who this Friday spoke in the ministerial segment of COP15, told EFE that the negotiations are slow and that there are three major issues to be resolved before an agreement can be reached on December 19, the day that the conference concludes.
