Spain claims to be a "stable" partner for Latin America in Europe

Washington, May 11 (EFE) - Spain's Minister of Foreign Affairs, José Manuel Albares, expressed on Thursday before the Organization of American States (OAS) in Washington, his country's desire to be a "reliable and stable" partner within Europe for the countries of Latin America.
