Spain aims for global agreement against plastic pollution by year-end

Ottawa, April 21 (EFE).- Spain aims for a global agreement against plastic pollution by the end of the year, with the intention of having the international treaty signed in 2025, Teresa Ribera, the Third Vice President and Minister for Ecological Transition and Demographic Challenge, said on Sunday in Ottawa.
