South Africa bids Tutu farewell with state funeral

Johannesburg, Jan 1 (EFE).- South Africa on Saturday bid farewell to Archbishop Desmond Tutu with a state funeral at Cape Town’s Anglican Cathedral of St. George.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, only 100 people were permitted to take part in the funeral, with South Africa’s president Cyril Ramaphosa at the forefront.
