Sonora, in northern Mexico, goes from extreme drought to flooding

Hermosillo (Mexico), Aug 29 (EFE), (Camera: Daniel Sanchez) - The northern Mexican state of Sonora went in just two months from a crisis of severe and extreme drought, to suffer floods that have forced the flooding of dams and have caused the deaths of 13 people.
