Shakira draws huge crowds at Brazil's Copacabana concert
RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil, May 2 (EFE).— Shakira opened on Saturday her free mega-concert at Copacabana Beach, drawing hundreds of thousands of fans in what is expected to be the largest show of her career.The Colombian artist kicked off the performance with “La fuerte", accompanied by a drone show, and performed a repertoire of major hits during the event.Authorities deployed a major security operation and closed access to the area as massive crowds gathered for the concert.
