Rota (Spain), Sep 26 (EFE) - (Camera: Román Ríos) The Rota Naval Base (Cádiz) commemorates this Tuesday 70 years since the signing of the so-called "Madrid Pacts", which included the Bilateral Defense Agreement by which Spain provided American troops the use of several strategic positions.
