Security plan presented for Oct. 29 regional elections in Colombia

Bogota, Oct 25 (EFE) - The Colombian government assured on Wednesday that the security plan for Sunday's regional and local elections is ready, which includes the deployment of the security forces and the payment of rewards for those who report electoral crimes such as vote buying.
