Science, participation and equity: the role of genetic resources at COP16.-

Bogota, Oct 17 (EFE).- The conservation of nature's genetic resources will be one of the central themes of the COP16, which begins on Oct. 21 in the Colombian city of Cali, where the countries of the global South and indigenous peoples will demand that they be guaranteed compensation for the use of these resources in science and a more equitable participation in their benefits.
