Sao Paulo decrees the end of outdoor masks

Sao Paulo, March 9 (EFE) .- Sao Paulo, the most populous and richest state in Brazil, decreed this Wednesday the end of outdoor masks starting today, following in the footsteps of other cities such as Rio de Janeiro.
