San Sebastián Gastronomika begins its 25th edition under the motto "The future of history"

Madrid, Oct 9 (EFE).- The 25th edition of the San Sebastián Gastronomika congress began this Monday under the motto "The future of history", an event that in over three days will bring to the San Sebastián capital the most relevant names in current and traditional cuisine and will give Japan and the United States a special role.
