Salvadorans commemorate 44 years of Romero's assassination amidst Palm Sunday palms

San Salvador, Mar 24 (EFE).- Salvadoran parishioners commemorated the 44th anniversary of the assassination of Monsignor Óscar Arnulfo Romero, a Catholic Church saint assassinated in 1980 by a right-wing extremist sniper, amid Palm Sunday processions and masses.
