El Salvador Congress asked to grant conditional release for sick prisioners

San Salvador, January 22 (EFE).- The Movement of Victims of the Regime (Movir) asked the Congress of El Salvador this Monday to approve a decree to grant conditional release to detainees during the emergency regime, in force since March 2022, who suffer from chronic and terminal illnesses.
