Tehran, Jul 3 (EFE/EPA).- Iranian hardline presidential candidate Saeed Jalili took part in an election campaign rally in Tehran on Wednesday before facing reformist candidate Masoud Pezeshkian in Friday's presidential run-off election.

The Islamic Republic of Iran recorded its lowest voter turnout since its founding in 1979, with only 39.9 percent of voters casting ballots in last Friday's elections, despite repeated calls by supreme leader Ayatollah Khamenei to vote. (Camera: STR).
