Russian central bank raises interest rate to 8.5%

Moscow, Jul 21 (EFE/EPA).- (Camera: Maxim Shipenkov) The Central Bank of the Russian Federation raised the official interest rate from 7.5% to 8.5%, as the ruble's weakness fueled inflationary risks.
