Russia temporarily bans fuel exports

Moscow (Russia), Sep 22 (EFE/EPA).- (Camera: Yuri Kochetkov) The Russian government has introduced a temporary restriction on the export of petrol and diesel fuel from Russia.

The measure is intended to increase supplies to the domestic market due to an emerging shortage of diesel and some types of petrol at Russian gas stations.

In response, dozens of people turned out today to fill up their cars at petrol stations in Moscow, Russia.
